Delay of publication of annual report 2016 to 31 May 2017 General Shareholders Meeting will be convened on 30 June 2017

LEUVEN – Belgium – 27 April 2017 – Option NV, Gaston Geenslaan 14, 3001 Heverlee (Euronext Brussels: OPTI) will publish its annual report 2016 by 31 May 2017 and has updated its Financial calendar in this respect. The reason for this postponement is the further processing of accounting data in consultation with the auditor.
