- 1 The proxy and the power of attorney or other authority (if any) under which it is signed or a notarially certified copy of such power of authority must be posted to the address shown overleaf or delivered to Capita Asset Services, PXS1,The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, BR3 4ZF no later than 48 hours before the time of the meeting.
