Director/PDMR Share Transfer

Creightons plc (LSE: CRL), manufacturers of personal care, beauty, and fragrance products has been advised that Mr Paul Forster, a director, has transferred on 20 October 2021 at nil value 165,000 ordinary 1p shares to his wife who has transferred on the same date 20,000 ordinary 1p shares to another related member of his family.

These transfers do not effect Mr Forster's overall notifiable holding, which remains 1,113,318 shares, or 1.65% of the Company's issued share capital.
