Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Company has allotted 13,633 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to 32 employees, who had exercised their options under the ESOP Scheme of the Company.
Further, the allotted ESOP shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects.
