Upcoming Annual General Meeting
Credit Corp advises that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for 4 November 2021, commencing at 10.00am (AEDT).
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM will be held as a virtual meeting via an online platform. Shareholders will be able to participate in the AGM online, with details to be provided in the Notice of Meeting.
Further to ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Listing Rule 14.3 and clause 19.6 of the Company’s Constitution, valid nominations to be considered for election as a director at the AGM must be received no later than 23 September 2021.
