(the Company”) and its subsidiaries, for the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2020, including the report of the external independent auditors Gaveglio Aparicio y Asociados Sociedad Civil de Responsabilidad Limitada, members of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Peru, approved by the Company’s Board of Directors in its session held on February 25, 2021, and which will be presented to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on March 31,2021.
