In accordance with CONASEV Resolution for Material Events, Reserved Information and Other Communications N° 107-2002-EF/94.10, as modified by CONASEV Resolution N° 009-2003-EF/94.10, Credicorp Ltd. complies with notifying you of the following Material Event:

In relation with the Material Events published on September 20 th and 27 th 2012, on November 30 th , 2012 Credicorp Ltd. made an initial capital contribution of US$ 111,257,000 (one hundred eleven million and two hundred fifty seven thousand U.S dollars) out of a total contribution of US$ 210,000,000 (two hundred and ten million U.S dollars) to its subsidiary Credicorp Investments Ltd., so that the latter can acquire the shares that Banco de Credito del Peru holds in BCP Chile S.A.
