In accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations, 2015’), we wish to inform your good office that the Share Allotment Committee of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on January 03, 2025 has, inter alia, considered and approved the allotment of 5,00,000 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 10/- each, pursuant to conversion of warrants into equivalent number of Equity Shares, which were allotted on August 14, 2023 at the Issue Price of Rs. 450/- each.
The details of allotment are as follows:

The new equity shares issued rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares.
The meeting of the Share Allotment of Committee of Directors commenced at 03:00 PM & concluded at 03:30 PM.
