In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, Creative Peripherals and Distribution Limited, is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 11[th] February 2021 at 11:30 am at the Registered office of the Company situated at 4[th] Floor, Plot No 137AB, Kandivali Co Op Industrial Estate Limited, Charkop, Kandivali West, Mumbai – 400 067 and through Video Conferencing and other Audio Visual Means to consider, approve and to take on record, inter-alia , the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ended 31[st] December 2020.
Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons has been closed from 01[st] January 2021 and shall continue to remain closed till 13[th] February 2021 i.e. 48 hours after the results are made public on 11[th] February 2021.
