In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a)of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, Creative Peripherals and Distribution Limited, is scheduled to be held on Friday, June 18, 2021 at 03:00 PM at the Registered office of the Company situated at 4[th] Floor, Plot No 137AB, Kandivali Co Op Industrial Estate Limited, Charkop, Kandivali West, Mumbai – 400 067 and through other Audio Visual Means, to consider, approve and to take on record, inter-alia , the following business items:

1. Audited Financial Results (Standalone as well as Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter, half year and financial year ended on March 31, 2021.

2. Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2021, and Cash Flow Statement for the financial year ended on that date.

Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons has commenced from April 01, 2021 and will end on June 20, 2021 i.e. within 48 hours after the results are made public on June 18, 2021.
