In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 29(1)(a)of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, Creative Peripherals and Distribution Limited, is scheduled to be held on Friday August 13, 2021 at 11:30 A.M. at the registered office of the Company situated at 3rd & 4th Floor, Plot No. 137AB, Kandivali Co-Op Industrial Estate Limited, Charkop, Kandivali West, Mumbai – 400 067 and through other Audiovisual means, to consider, approve and to take on record, inter-alia , the following business items:

1. Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone as well as Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2021.

2. Recommendation of Annual Dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company.

Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons has commenced from July 01, 2021 and will end on August 15, 2021 i.e. within 48 hours after the results are made public.
