In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to apprise that the Company has received a Certificate of Incorporation dated August 04, 2021 from Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on account of change of name issued by the name of the Company from “Creative Peripherals and Distribution Limited” to “Creative Newtech Limited” .
Thus, the name of the Company has been changed has been effectively changed from “Creative Peripherals and Distribution Limited” to “Creative Newtech Limited” w.e.f., August 04, 2021.
