Subject: Submission of information pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 – Intimation of temporary restrictions and limitations in operations of the Company due to pandemic of Corona Virus (Covid-19)

Dear Sir,

Pursuant to the above regulation, we wish to submit as under:

COVID-19 has resulted in an unprecedented scenario, with the Government issuing notifications on lockdowns across cities to ensure public safety. Complying with the Government directives, we have put temporarily restrictions and limitations on our operations.

The situation is still dynamic and uncertain and it is difficult to evaluate or quantify the impact at this point of time. A lot will depend on the stabilization of the overall scenario arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.

We further wish to inform you that we have taken various measures for the safety of our staff including Work from Home, Meetings through Audio and Video Conferencing, improved sanitization of premises etc. as advised by the guidelines of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

We hereby confirm once again that we have not compromised on the health and safety of any of our employees and associates in this critical situation which we all are facing, and which have also resulted in restrictions and limitations in the operations of our Company, Creative Peripherals and Distribution Limited.

We believe that this disruption is extraordinary and temporary in nature. We expect the business to revive once the situation improves. We are planning to stay in course in terms of our strategy and operations and will continue to invest behind our brand and business. We have strong products portfolio and wide distribution network, which we plan to leverage and pave the way for normalization in the next couple of months.
