Performance Highlights for the quarter ended 31[st ] March, 2025:

• Total Income for the quarter was Rs. 357.43 crore in Q4 FY25, a YoY increase of 21.57%.

• EBITDA stood at Rs. 11.78 crore in Q4 FY25, while EBITDA Margin was 7.85%, visà-vis 3.29 % in Q4 FY25.

• PAT was Rs. 6.47 crore in Q4 FY25, YoY decrease of 58.10% . PAT Margin stood at 1.81 %, lower by 344 bps.

Performance Highlights for the Year ended 31[st ] March, 2025:

• Total Income for full year was Rs. 1,665.54 crore in FY25, a YoY decline of 0.05% .

• EBITDA stood at Rs. 45.11 crore in FY25, while EBITDA Margin was 3.09%, vis-à-vis 2.71% in FY25.

• PAT was Rs. 25.56 crore in FY25, YoY decline of 16.79% . PAT Margin stood at 1.53%, lower by 31 bps.

Management Comment:

Commenting on performance, Mr. Ketan Patel, Chairman & Managing Director of Creative Newtech Limited said:

The Company delivered a stable performance in the fourth quarter and ending year FY25, reflecting its resilience amid evolving market conditions. This achievement reflects our commitment to innovation, client satisfaction, and market adaptability.

In the year ended March 2025, our total income was reported at Rs. 1,665.54cr. EBITDA and PAT decreased by 12.45% and 16.79% YoY to Rs. 45.11cr. and Rs. 25.56cr., respectively. The year-on-year decline in FY25 is primarily due to the absence of the one-time gain of Rs. 9.90cr. recorded in FY24 from the slump sale of Ckart. Adjusting for this exceptional item, the underlying performance remains stable.

Our Honeywell product suite, now comprising structure cabling, connectivity solutions, air purifiers, and home audio, is doing well. While air purifiers do exceptionally well during the peak season, the Home Audio segment is particularly promising given the rapid growth of India’s audio market, and we are optimistic about establishing a robust presence.

We have strengthened our presence across all major platforms, ensuring easy access for our customers. Our products including air purifiers, home audio systems, and connectivity cables, are widely available on e-commerce giants as well as quick-commerce platforms like Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Blinkit. This expansion reflects our commitment to convenience, speed, and seamless product availability in today’s fast-paced market.
