With reference to the above-captioned subject and in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI Listing Regulations") also read with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/ PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated 11th July 2023, we hereby inform your good office that the Board of Directors of Creative Newtech Limited ("the Company") at their meeting, held today i.e., on Thursday, 14th May 2026, has inter-alia, considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Ajit Thakur as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 14th May 2026, in place of Mr. Abhijit Kanvinde, who had resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel on 14th April 2026 based on the recommendation of Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Further, the information required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A (7) of Part A of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. SEBI/HO/CFD/ PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated 11th July 2023 is enclosed as 'Annexure A'. You are hereby requested to take the above information on your records.
