Further, in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons has commenced from April 01, 2022 and will end on May 22, 2022, i.e., within 48 hours after the results are made public.
