In terms of Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform your good office that the Board of Directors of the Company, Creative Peripherals and Distribution Limited, in their meeting held today i.e. Friday, 11[th] June 2021 at the Registered Office of the Company at 11:00 A.M. which concluded at 11:30 A.M., has inter-alia considered and approved the following:

1. Change of name of Company from “ Creative Peripherals and Distribution Limited ” to “Creative Newtech Limited”, subject to approval of the members of the Company. The said change will require consequent amendment in Name Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company.

2. Approved the Draft Notice of Postal Ballot for voting by Shareholders/members of Company for change of name the Company.

3. Appointed M/s. Satyajit Mishra & Co, Practising Company Secretary, to act as a scrutiniser and to conduct postal ballot procedure.
