Item 8.01. Other Events

On November 26, 2024, Creative Media & Community Trust (the "Company") and its largest tenant at One Kaiser Plaza in Lake Merritt, California executed a non-binding letter of intent to extend 152,966 rentable square feet of office space through February 2027 (from its previously scheduled February 2025 expiration). This extension includes all of the tenant's square footage that was scheduled to expire in 2025. While the Company expects to execute this lease, there can be no assurance the parties will reach a definitive agreement on terms favorable to the company, or at all.
