Illiquid Securities List Update

1. On Sunday, 8[th] August 2021, the illiquid securities list (hereinafter: “the List”) will be updated. Securities listed on the List are traded twice daily in call auctions, at the beginning of the trading day and at its close, but are not traded in the continuous trading phase. The List is determined based on trading volume figures for the six months ending 30 June 2021.

2. The attached Appendix A contains a list of illiquid securities for which there are no market makers, and consequently, at this time, are expected to be included in the List. If market makers will be appointed for these securities, they will be removed from the list and be traded in the continuous trading phase as well.

3. The attached Appendix B contains a list of otherwise illiquid securities, for which market makers have been appointed., Accordingly, these will not be placed on the List and will continue to trade in the continuous trading phase as well. These securities will enter the List only should market making in them be discontinued.

4. The attached Appendix C contains a list of illiquid securities that are currently included in the TAMAR universe and therefore, are expected to continue to trade in the continuous trading phase as well.

5. The attached Appendix D contains a list of Securities to be return to the Primary Trading List as of August 8th 2021.
