Following the Company's press release regarding the payment of a dividend payable in common stock of the Company, payable on October 8, 2024, the record date of which is set for September 25, 2024, the Company announces that the dividend to be paid is 0.020151 shares of common stock per 1 share of common stock held as of the record date. In the press release, the Company indicated that the Board has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share of common stock, payable in shares of common stock. The Company further stated that the number of common stock payable will be determined using the closing price of the common stock on September 13, 2024. The closing price of the common stock on September 13 is $1.9850. Therefore, the holder of each share of commons stock is entitled to receive 0.020151 share of common stock ($0.04/$1.9850). It is noted that shareholders will not receive fractional shares, rather, the aggregate number of shares of common stock to be issued will be rounded up to the nearest whole share.
