Creative Media & Community Trust Corporation (NASDAQ and TASE: CMCT) ) ("we", "our", "CMCT", or the "Company") hereby reports that following its resolution to delist its Ordinary Shares from trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ("TASE") (see also the Company's announcement dated May 8, 2025), the delisting of the Company's ordinary shares from trade on the TASE shall be effective on August 15, 2025. The last day for trading of the Company's ordinary shares on the TASE is August 13, 2025.

The ordinary shares of the Company will continue to be listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
