• 1 The Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended 30[th] June, 2025 (Attached herewith).

• 2 The Limited review report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended 30[th] June, 2025.(Attached herewith).

• On recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has considered and approved to re-designate Mrs. Zuby Kochhar (DIN:00019868), Executive Director of the Company as Chairman of the Board w.e.f. August 8,2025.

Details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations read along with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is given in Annexure I.
