As per the provisions of Regulation 30 and Part-A of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, Board of the Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, May 27, 2025 has interalia considered and approved the following:

1. Appointment of M/S Poddar A. & Associates, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai ( Firm Registration No. 131521W) as an Internal Auditors of the Company, for the Financial Year 2025-26.

2. Appointment of M/s. Kaushal Doshi & Associates, Peer Reviewed Firm of Company Secretaries in Practice, holding FCS -10609 as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years commencing from the Financial Year 2025-26 till the Financial Year 2029-30, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing 39[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 (as amended) are enclosed as Annexure-A.
