With profound grief and sorrow, we regret to inform you of the sad demise of Mr. Dheeraj Kumar Kochhar , Chairman , Executive Director and Promoter (DIN-00018094) of the Company, on 15[th] July,2025.
Mr. Dheeraj Kumar Kochhar was one of the founding pillars of our Company and played a pivotal role in its development and growth. His leadership, foresight, and dedication were instrumental in building the Company's strong foundation and guiding it through various milestones.
The Company, its Board of Directors, and employees express their heartfelt condolences and deepest sympathies to his family. He will always be remembered for his invaluable contributions and visionary leadership.
The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 is enclosed herewith as ‘Annexure - A'.
