Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading in securities of the company and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed for the Directors, Officers, all designated person and specified connected person of the Company from January 1, 2024 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of Un-audited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and Nine months ended December 31,2023.
