Pursuant to BSE Circular bearing no. LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 and NSE Circular NSE/CML/2018/24 dated June 20, 2018 We confirm that Mr. Dheeraj Kumar Kochhar (DIN-00018094) is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other such authority.
