Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Thirty fifth Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Creative Eye Limited for the F.Y. 2020-21 is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 30 September, 2021 at 11.30 a.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) as per the relevant Circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA") and Securities and Exchange Board of India ("SEBI').

As intimated earlier, to your good offices, Pursuant to provision of Section 91 of the Companies Act,2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations,2015 ,Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, September 24, 2021 to Thursday, September 30, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 35*Annual General Meeting of the Company.
