Verona, 20 ottobre 2025. Creactives Group S.p.A. ("Creactives" o "Società") (ISIN IT0005408593 - ticker: CREG), società internazionale e PMI Innovativa fiscalmente ammissibile, quotata su Euronext Growth Milan – Segmento Professionale ("Euronext Growth Milan Pro"), che sviluppa tecnologie di intelligenza artificiale nel campo della Supply Chain, con riferimento al punto 3 dell'Assemblea degli Azionisti (parte ordinaria) prevista per il giorno 27 ottobre 2025, alle ore 14:00, in prima convocazione, e, occorrendo, in seconda convocazione per il giorno 29 ottobre 2025, alla medesima ora, annuncia che, entro il termine previsto, nella giornata odierna è stata depositata nr. 1 Lista di candidati per la nomina del Consiglio di Amministrazione, presentata dall'azionista Paolo Gamberoni, titolare complessivamente di n. 2.135.136 azioni ordinarie, pari al 16,25% del capitale sociale della Società.
La lista sarà messa a disposizione del pubblico nella data del 22 ottobre 2025, presso il sito internet di Borsa Italiana S.p.A. e sul sito internet della Società www.creactives.com, sezione "Investor Relations/Assemblee degli azionisti", nel rispetto dei termini e delle modalità statutariamente previsti.

Notice of deposit of the List for the appointment of the Board of Directors

("Creactives" or the "Company") (ISIN IT0005408593 - ticker: CREG), an international company and fiscally eligible Innovative SME, listed on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment ("Euronext Growth Milan Pro"), that develops Artificial Intelligence technologies to address real-life business problems in the Supply Chain, with reference to item 3 of the Shareholders' Meeting (ordinary session) scheduled for October 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., on first call, and, if necessary, on second call for October 29, 2025, at the same time, announces that, within the required deadline, today, no. 1 List of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Directors has been deposited, presented by the shareholder Paolo Gamberoni, holder of a total of 2.135.136 ordinary shares, equal to 16,25% of the Company's share capital.
The list will be made available to the public on October 22, 2025, on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and on the Company's website www.creactives.com, in the "Investor Relations/Shareholders' meetings" section, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Articles of Association.
