Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 2, 2020, Crawford & Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company, owner of 15% of the shares of Crawford Carvallo, has acquired the remaining 85% of the company’s shares. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
