We refer to our letter dated July 12, 2022 and wish to inform you that the Board of Directors have on July 14, 2022 approved the redemption of 25,00,000 nos. of 4% Non–convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs.10/- each (“Preference Shares”) of the Company offered by the Preference Shareholders aggregating to Rs.2,50,00,000/.
Consequent to the said redemption of 25,00,000 nos. of Preference Shares, the issued, subscribed and fully Paid-up Share Capital of the Company will stand revised as follows:
