Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we wish to inform that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 19 May, 2025 have appointed Ms. Rina Suresh Deora (DIN 00774812 and ID Registration No.IDDB-DI-202505-073436) as Additional Independent Director (Non-Executive) of the Company for the first term of consecutive period of 5 (five years) from 20 May, 2025 till 19 May, 2030 subject to approval of Members of the Company.

Ms. Rina Suresh Deora fulfills the criteria of independence as required under provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules framed thereunder and the Listing Regulations. Further, she is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other authority.
