Cranswick plc ("the Company")

The Company has been notified that the awards of LTIP nil-cost options summarised in the table below has been made, pursuant to the Cranswick Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP"). The awards have been granted over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

In accordance with the Directors' Remuneration Policy, each Executive Director has been granted a "Core LTIP Award" and an "Exceptional Performance LTIP Award".

The awards were granted on 1 June 2025 in accordance with the LTIP and are based on a share price of 5290 pence per Ordinary Share, being the average quoted market price of the Company's shares on the three dealing days prior to the date of grant.  

Vesting of the LTIP options under the Core LTIP Award is subject to the achievement of performance criteria based on growth in Earnings per Share ("EPS") (as regards 50% of each award) and Return on Capital Employed ("ROCE") (as regards 50% of each award).

Vesting of LTIP options under the Exceptional Performance LTIP Award is subject to the achievement of performance criteria based on relative Total Shareholder Return ("TSR").

The targets applying to each element are as follows.

TSR	Threshold	75th percentile
Maximum	90th percentile

Notes

Threshold performance results in 25% of that element vesting. 

TSR performance will be measured against companies in the FTSE 250 Index (excluding investment trusts).
