Company Secretary change

Cranswick today announces that Malcolm Windeatt intends to retire on the 31 March 2018 after what will be 28 years' service with the Company, the last ten years of which have been as Company Secretary.

Malcolm steps down from his role as Company Secretary on 31 July 2017 and is succeeded by Steven Glover LLB, who joined the Company in May 2017.  Steven was previously with international law firm Squire Patton Boggs where he was a partner for 19 years and, since 2008, Head of the Leeds office corporate team.  Steven brings with him a wealth of M&A and Corporate Governance knowledge and experience to Cranswick.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Malcolm for his support and guidance over the last decade and to wish him well in the years ahead.
