The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Reckitt as a Non - Executive Director.

Mark Reckitt is currently Group Strategy Director of Smiths Group plc a position he is due to retire from at the end of April 2014. Prior to joining Smiths Mark has held various senior positions, and since 1989, these included interim Managing Director at Green & Black's Chocolate, Finance Director of Cadbury UK  and Chief Strategy Officer for Cadbury's plc. He is also a Non - Executive Director of JD Wetherspoon plc, where he is Chair of the Audit Committee. Mark is due to join Cranswick on 1st May 2014.

We confirm that there are no matters requiring disclosure in relation to paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
