This announcement is further to our full year results released earlier today, in which the appointment of Kate Allum as a Non Executive Director of the Company was announced.

Kate Allum is currently Chief Executive of First Milk Limited and former head of European supply chain for McDonalds. Kate brings operational experience of international food markets and broadens the expertise and experience within the Board. She is due to join Cranswick on 1st July 2013.

We confirm that there are no matters requiring disclosure in relation to paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
