1. उपरोक्त 31 मार्च, 2026 को समाप्त तिमाही और वित्तीय वर्ष के लिए एसईबीआई (लिस्टिंग दायित्व और प्रकटीकरण आवश्यकताएं) विनियम, 2015 के विनियम 33 के तहत स्टॉक एक्सचेंजों के साथ दाखिल किए गए लेखापरीक्षित वित्तीय परिणामों के विस्तृत प्रारूप का एक अंश है। 31 मार्च, 2026 को समाप्त तिमाही और वित्तीय वर्ष के वित्तीय परिणामों का पूर्ण प्रारूप स्टॉक एक्सचेंजों की वेबसाइट (www.bseindia.com) और कंपनी की वेबसाइट (www.cranexltd.com) पर उपलब्ध है।
2. 31 मार्च, 2026 को समाप्त तिमाही और वित्तीय वर्ष के उपरोक्त लेखापरीक्षित वित्तीय परिणामों की समीक्षा लेखापरीक्षा समिति, द्वारा की गई है और 29 मई, 2026 को आयोजित निदेशक मंडल की बैठक में इसे अनुमोदित किया गया है।
3. कंपनी ने कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 और उसके अंतर्गत संबंधित नियमों के तहत निर्धारित भारतीय लेखा मानक (पब्ल 1) को 1 अप्रैल, 2017 से प्रभावी रूप से अपना लिया है और तदनुसार ये वित्तीय परिणाम कंपनी (भारतीय लेखा मानक) नियम, 2015 के तहत अधिसूचित पब्ल 1) के अनुसार तैयार किए गए हैं, जैसा कि कंपनी (भारतीय लेखा मानक) (संशोधन) नियम, 2016 द्वारा संशोधित किया गया है।
