We wish to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., August 26, 2023 based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and subject to the approval of the Members of the Company, have approved the proposal for reappointment of Mr. Shilpy Chopra (DIN:-07161915), as an Independent Director of the Company, for a second term of Five years from 16[th] January, 2024 till 15[th] January, 2029.
The Company proposed to seek Members’ approval for the above in forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
