Grant of Share Options

21 April 2020 - The Board of Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in Value Cycle software solutions for the US healthcare market, announces that on 20 April 2020, under the terms of the Craneware plc SAYE Option Plan (2018) ("the Option Plan"), share options (the "Options") to acquire ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") were granted to two Directors of the Company as follows:

The Option Plan is a UK all employee HMRC approved Save As You Earn option scheme. The Options were granted on the same terms as other UK employees who chose to participate in the Option Plan. The Options have been granted at an exercise price of £11.475 per Share. The Options will ordinarily become exercisable for a period of six months from the end of the savings term.
