Dividend Timetable
21 September 2021 - Craneware (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in Value Cycle software solutions for the US healthcare market, announces an amendment to the dividend timetable announced in its Final Results on 21 September 2021.
The revised dividend timetable is as follows:
| Ex-dividend date | 25 November 2021 |
| Record date | 26 November 2021 |
| Dividend payment date | 21 December 2021 |
The final dividend of 15.5p per share is capable of being paid in US dollars subject to a shareholder having registered to receive their dividend in US dollars under the Company's Dividend Currency Election, or who register to do so by the close of business on 26 November 2021. The exact amount to be paid will be calculated by reference to the exchange rate to be announced on 26 November 2021. The final dividend referred to within the Final Results announcement in US dollars of 21.47 cents is given as an example only using the Balance Sheet date exchange rate of $1.3853/£1 and may differ from that finally announced
