22 September 2021 - The Board of Craneware plc (AIM: CRW.L), the market leader in Value Cycle software solutions for the US healthcare market, announces that on 22 September 2021, Keith Neilson, CEO of the Company, purchased 2,128 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company at a price of 2,350 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase of Ordinary Shares, Mr. Neilson holds 3,431,522 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, representing 9.66% of the Company's issued share capital.
