Posting of Annual Report

Notice of AGM

The Company's 2014 Annual Report has been posted to shareholders together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the associated form of proxy. The Company's AGM will be held at the offices of Craneware plc, 1 Tanfield, Edinburgh, EH3 5DA on 11 November 2014, at 10am.

Among the resolutions will be the declaration of a final dividend for the year ended 30 June 2014 of 6.8 pence per share, giving a total dividend for the year of 12.5 pence. The final dividend will bepayable on 16 December 2014 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 14 November 2014, with a corresponding ex-Dividend date of 13 November 2014. The dividend may be payable in US dollars at the election of the shareholder and at an exchange rate to be determined by the Company on 14 November 2014.
