AGM Statement

The Company advises that due to the increasing cases of COVID-19 it regrettably asks shareholders not to attend the 2021 Annual General Meeting in person which is due to take place on the 14th December 2021 at 11:00 am. The Board will ensure the minimum number of shareholders are present to form a quorum, and will restrict proceedings to the formal business of the meeting.

Shareholders are encouraged to submit any questions they have for the Board to the Company Secretary using the below contact details. Responses to these questions will be posted anonymously on the Company's website following the meeting. An update on the Company's portfolio from your investment manager's, Ian 'Franco' Francis, Rob Crayfourd, and Keith Watson will also be posted on the website.
