Notice of Annual General Meeting

CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce that its annual general meeting will take place on 14th December 2021 at 11:00 am. Formal notice convening the annual general meeting and related papers has been posted on the Company's website and was sent to shareholders on the 9th November 2021.  The note and related papers are also available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

The Board encourages shareholders to vote by completing and returning their forms of proxy, and to contact the Board via our Company Secretary using the below contact details with any queries regarding the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM or the AGM proceedings.

While COVID-19 restrictions have eased, shareholders are asked to advise the Company Secretary if they plan to attend the annual general meeting using the email below and are also invited to submit any questions they have for the Board using the below contact details, responses to these questions will be posted anonymously on the Company's website following the meeting. An update on the Company's portfolio from your investment manager, Ian 'Franco' Francis, will also be posted on the website.
