Notice of Annual General Meeting

CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income plc, will hold its annual general meeting on Wednesday 9 December 2020 at 2.00pm. Formal notice convening the annual general meeting and related papers are on the Company's website and was sent to shareholders on the 18 September 2020. The notice and related papers are also available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

The Board acknowledges the difficulties COVID-19 presents in holding a physical AGM; accordingly, it is intended to use the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act which allows the Company to hold the AGM with a quorum of participants in different places and the Board of Directors in attendance by video conference.  The Board encourages shareholders to vote by completing and returning their forms of proxy, and to contact the Board via the Company Secretary, using the contact details below, with any queries regarding the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM or the AGM proceedings.

As shareholders will be unable to attend the AGM but they are invited to submit any questions they have for the Board via the Company Secretary at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, responses to these questions will be posted anonymously on the Company's website following the meeting. An update on the Company's portfolio from your investment managers, Ian Francis, Keith Watson and Rob Crayfourd, will also be posted on the website prior to the meeting.
