Result of AGM

CQS Natural Resources Growth and Income plc (the "Company") announces that at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions proposed were duly passed. Three of these resolutions were special resolutions.

The full text and details of the resolutions can be found in the Notice of Annual General Meeting included in the 2021 Annual Report, copies of which are available on the Company's website, https://ncim.co.uk/city-natural-resources-high-yield-trust/ , and have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The proxy votes received on each resolution proposed at the Annual General Meeting will shortly be available for inspection on the Company's website.
