The sender is solely responsible for the contents of this announcement. —————————————————————————— CPU Softwarehouse AG AD HOC Report Augsburg, 21.12.1999 Breakthrough with Raiffeisen and Volksbanks (co-operative banks) Major order for 100% CPU subsidiary, Telesoft GmbH/ Starnberg CPU Softwarehouse AG, quoted on the Neuer Markt of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, announces that their 100% subsidiary, Telesoft GmbH, Starnberg, has received a major order from Faktum GmbH, Mainz, to provide the HBCI- Online Client with Telemax. This move will ensure that this Online- Client is multi-protocol and multi-bank compatible in the home banking sector. The entry order is for approx. DM 1million plus licence fees from planned turnover in the coming years. In addition, Telesoft GmbH and Faktum GmbH have concluded a Technology and Sales Co-operation Agreement, in order to combine the key competencies of both companies. Faktum GmbH, who has already been operating in this segment for approx. 5 years and who has shareholders in the co-operative banking sector, expects- as do Telesoft GmbH- a considerable expansion of its turnover p otential to be achieved as a result of this co-operation. The companies will now together create products for HBCI, T- Online and internet banking and also future-oriented solutions for mobile phones, palm tops, intelligent telephone and televisions.
