EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 189,227 ordinary shares of 10 pence each fully paid, to the Official List, and for these securities to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities with effect from Monday, 11 August 2014.

The application has been made in connection with the CPPGroup Restricted Stock Plan 2010 (RSP) and the CPPGroup Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2010 (DSBP). These shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the company.
