Subsequent to the publication today of the full year report for the year ended 31 December 2012, CPPGroup Plc (CPP) has published its Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012. A copy of the Report is available and can be downloaded from the Company's website at www.cppgroupplc.com. The Report and Accounts, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Form of Proxy to its shareholders will be posted to shareholders who elected to receive them in hard copy form in due course.
