Company Secretary Change

CPPGroup Plc ("CPP" or the "Group") is pleased to announce the appointment of Lorraine Beavis as Group Company Secretary with immediate effect, taking over from John Titchener who has decided to leave the business at the end of November. 

Lorraine is a Chartered Secretary, with 16 years' experience as a company secretary in a variety of businesses.  She has worked alongside John as deputy company secretary of CPP for the last 18 months.
