Further to its press release of 19 July 2012, Orco Property Group announces that the 18,361,540 shares issued on May 14, 2012 will be admitted to trading on the regulated market of NYSE

Euronext in Paris on 27 July 2012. The procedure for admission to trading of these shares on the regulated markets of the Prague and Warsaw stock exchanges is pending.
